المستخلص: هدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على واقع النمو المهني لهيئة التدريس بكليات التعليم والتدريب التقني والمهني في قطاع غزة في ضوء التطور التكنولوجي وسبل التطوير من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس، واتبع الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وطبقت أداة البحث الاستبانة المكونة من (41) فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة أبعاد هي (الكفايات الفنية، الإدارية، التربوية)، وكانت العينة عشوائية طبقية بطريقة الاختيار التناسب بلغت (107) عضو هيئة تدريسية موزعين على الكليات التدريب والتعليم المهني، وباستخدام المعالجة الإحصائية (النسب المئوية، الوسط الحسابي، التكرارات، اختبار الإشارة)، جاءت النتائج حسب رأي أعضاء هيئة التدريس بوجود علاقة دالة إحصائيًا قوية بين الكفايات الفنية والإدارية والتربوية من جهة والنمو المهني في ضوء التطور لتكنولوجي من جهة، وكذلك عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا حول مستوى النمو المهني في ضوء التطور التكنولوجي تعزى للخصائص الديمغرافية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس.

The Reality of Professional Growth for The Teaching Staff in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Colleges - Gaza Strip in The Light of Technological Development, and Seeking for The Ways of The Development

Abstract: The research aimed at exploring the reality of professional growth of the teaching staff in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) colleges in the Gaza Strip, Palestine in the light of the technological development and the ways of the development from respondents’ points of view. The descriptive analytical approach was used with forty one questions contained in a well-designed questionnaire, which was split into three fields: Technical, Administrative and Pedagogical competencies. The specimens were distributed to stratified random sample of 107 staff members from selected colleges, then by using statistical analysis approach such as: weight averages, means, frequencies and sign test. The findings found there were a strong statistical relationship between the three competencies and professional growth of TVET teaching staff. Furthermore, there were no statistic differences of the reality of professional growth due to the demographic variables.
