درجة تفعيل مبادئ المدرسة المجتمعية في مدارس الهيئة الملكية للجبيل ومعوقات ذلك من وجهة نظر قادتها

(دراسة مطبقة على مدارس البنين الابتدائية والمتوسطة والثانوية في مدينة الجبيل الصناعية)

المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة تفعيل مبادئ المدرسة المجتمعية في مدارس البنين التابعة للهيئة الملكية في الجبيل في المجال التعليمي والاجتماعي والاقتصادي والصحي والبيئي، ومعوقات ذلك من وجهة نظر قادتها، وقد استخدمت المنهج الوصفي في هذه الدراسة، وكانت أداة الدراسة هي الاستبانة التي تكونت من (54) عبارة موزعة على محورين رئيسين، هما: (درجة تفعيل مبادئ المدرسة المجتمعية، معوقات تفعيل مبادئ المدرسة المجتمعية(، وتوزع المحور الأول على خمسة مجالات هي (التعليمي، الاجتماعي والثقافي، الاقتصادي، الصحي، البيئي)، وطبقت الدراسة على جميع قادة مدارس البنين الابتدائية والمتوسطة والثانوية في مدينة الجبيل الصناعية، وقد بلغ عددهم (26) قائد، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن درجة تفعيل مبادئ المدرسة المجتمعية في مدارس البنين في مدينة الجبيل الصناعية كانت بدرجة (موافق) في المجال الاجتماعي والثقافي، والاقتصادي والصحي والبيئي، وكانت بدرجة (محايد) في المجال التعليمي، كما وافقت عينة الدراسة بدرجة (موافق) على معوقات تطبيق مبادئ المدرسة المجتمعية الواردة في المحور ومن أهم تلك المعوقات: انشغال المعلمين بأعباء التدريس وكثرة الأعباء الإدارية المكلف بها قائد المدرسة مما يحد من قدراتهم على الإسهام في تفعيل مبادئ المدرسة المجتمعية.

The degree of activation of the Principles of Community School in the Schools of the Royal Commission in Jubail and the Obstacles from the schools principals` perspectives

 (A study applied to primary, middle and secondary boys schools in Jubail industrial city)

Abstract: The goal of the study was to investigate degree of activation of the Principles of community schools in the Royal Commission in Jubail’s schools for boys in the educational, social, economic, health and environmental fields, and the obstacles of this activation, The study was investigated based on the perspective of the schools’ principals. Therefore, the study followed descriptive approach The assessment tool was a survey questionnaire that applied to (26) schools’ principals. Further, the survey constructed into two categorized which are; degree of activation the principles of community school and the obstacles of this activation The first section has five subfields, which are: educational, social and cultural, economic, health and the environmental fields. The results of the study showed that the degree of activation the principles of the community school in boys’ schools in Jubail industrial city is as following: (Agree) for the social and cultural, economic, health and environmental areas. (neutral) in the educational area. The study sample also agreed that they have some obstacles of the activation the principles of the community school, teaching and administration duties are the most important obstacles.
