تنظيم عمل تطوع المعلمين المتقاعدين في المدارس

المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على خبرات بعض الدول في التطوع في المدارس، ووضع تصور لتنظيم تطوع المعلمين المتقاعدين في المدارس، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم المنهج الوصفي، والمقابلة أداة للدراسة وطبقت على عينة من المعلمين المتقاعدين، عددهم (10)، وخلص البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج، أبرزها: أن الدافع الديني واحتساب الأجر عند الله هو الدافع الأول للعمل التطوعي، وأن هناك دوافعَ أخرى للتطوع، منها: حب مهنة التعليم، والرغبة في إشغال النفس بشيء مفيد، والشعور بطول وقت الفراغ، والتواصل مع المجتمع، كما أن هناك مجالات يرغبون التطوع فيها، منها: إرشاد الطلاب، والتدريس مع المعلمين الجدد بهدف مساعدتهم ونقل الخبرات إليهم، والمشاركة في النشاطات الطلابية، والإشراف على الطلاب في أثناء الاستراحة، أما المحفزات التي تدفع للعمل التطوعي فقد اتفقوا على أن التأمين الصحي للمتطوعين أقوى المحفزات للتطوع، وكذلك المكافآت الرمزية التي تغطي تكاليف النقل من وإلى المدرسة، واختيار المتطوع للمدرسة التي يرغب العمل فيها، بالإضافة إلى وضع تصور لتنظيم عمل المعلمين المتطوعين بالمدارس يشتمل على: الأسس التي ينطلق منها التصور، وأهداف التصور، وهيكل تنظيمي لإدارة عملية التطوع، وأهداف العمل التطوعي في المدارس، وآليات العمل التطوعي في المدارس.

Abstract: The study aimed to identify the experiences of some countries on volunteering in Schools besides setting a conception for organizing volunteering of retired teachers in schools , so for realizing objectives of study , the researcher used descriptive method and interview as a tool for study applied to a sample of retired teachers of (10) and the most important findings are:-Religious motive and doing good acts for the sake of Allah the main motive to voluntary work, One of other motives for volunteering is loving education job, desiring to link self to a useful work, feeling length of free time and communication with community, For fields of volunteering are:- students’ guidance, teaching with new teachers for helping them and transferring experiences to, participation in student’s activities and supervising students during intervals, For impetuses that lead to voluntary work, there is an agreement that health insurance of volunteers is the strongest impetuses to volunteering, as well as obtaining a symbolic reward for covering cost of transport from /to school and volunteer should select school in which he/she desires to volunteer, and Setting a conception for organizing work of volunteer teachers which includes: Basis from which conception starts, Objectives of conception, Organizational structure for managing volunteering process, and Objectives of volunteering of retired teachers.
