سيناريوهات محتملة للتعليم العام بالمملكة العربية السعودية في ظل تطلعات رؤية 2030

المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الرؤى المستقبلية لتطوير التعليم العام بالمملكة العربية السعودية في ضوء تطلعات رؤية المملكة 2030، والوقوف على واقعه والكشف عن أبرز التحديات التي تواجهه، ومحاولة الوصول إلى سيناريوهات محتملة في ضوء تطلعات الرؤية وبما يتماشى مع الواقع الثقافي والاجتماعي للمجتمع السعودي. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي والمنهج الاستشرافي، وتوصلت إلى ثلاثة سيناريوهات محتملة للتعليم العام بالمملكة العربية السعودية، تشمل: السيناريو المرجعي الذي يمثل امتدادًا للاتجاهات العامة الراهنة، والسيناريو الإصلاحي الذي يحدث فيه بعض التحسين الجزئي، والسيناريو الابتكاري الذي يعتمد على تغيير جذري أو نقلة نوعية للوضع الراهن، وعلى ضوء ذلك قدمت الدراسة عددًا من التوصيات التي يمكن الاستفادة منها في تطوير التعليم العام في المملكة العربية السعودية.

Possible Scenarios for Public Education in Saudi Arabia
under the Aspirations of 2030 Vision

Abstrac: The study aimed to identify the future visions for the development of public education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in light of the aspirations of the vision of the Kingdom 2030, and to identify the reality and the disclosure of the most important challenges facing him, and try to reach scenarios in light of the expectations of vision and in line with reality Cultural and social development of Saudi society. In order to achieve more systematic judgments, the study relied on the descriptive approach and the prospective approach. It reached three possible scenarios for general education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. These include the reference scenario which represents an extension of current general trends, the reform scenario in which some partial improvement occurs, Radical or qualitative shift of the status quo, and in light of the study made a number of recommendations that can contribute to the activation of the study and benefit from them
