الصعوبات الأكاديمية والإدارية التي تواجه طالبات الدراسات العليا
في كلية التربية بجامعة الملك سعود من وجهة نظرهن

المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهم الصعوبات الأكاديمية والإدارية التي تواجه طالبات الدراسات العليا في كلية التربية بجامعة الملك سعود، كما هدفت إلى الكشف عن الفروق ذوات الدلالة الإحصائية حول محاور الدراسة، وفقًا لمتغيري التخصص والبرنامج الدراسي (الماجستير والدكتوراه)، ولتحقيق تلك الأهداف استخدمت الباحثتان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما اعتمدت على الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وبعد التحقق من صدق وثبات الاستبانة قامت الباحثتان بتطبيقها على عينة الدراسة المكونة من (133) طالبة من طالبات الدراسات العليا، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج، من أهمها أن أكثر الصعوبات الأكاديمية التي تواجه طالبات الدراسات العليا بدرجة كبيرة تتمثل في صعوبات اختيار موضوع البحث، وكثرة تكاليف ومتطلبات المقررات الدراسية، في حين تتركز أكثر الصعوبات الإدارية في ندرة وجود قوائم بالقضايا التي يعاني منها المجتمع وتحتاج إلى الدراسة، وعدم وضوح نظام لإرشاد وتوجيه الطالبات خلال مراحل الدراسة، كما كشفت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود فروق ذوات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات مفردات الدراسة تجاه الصعوبات الأكاديمية التي تواجههن، وفق متغير التخصص في بعض التخصصات، في حين لم يتضح وجود فروق ذوات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات مفردات الدراسة، تجاه الصعوبات الأكاديمية والإدارية التي تواجه طالبات الدراسات العليا، تعزى لمتغير البرنامج الدراسي، ومن أبرز التوصيات تفعيل دور الإرشاد الأكاديمي، وتعزيز الجوانب التطبيقية والحلقات البحثية، وتنظيم برامج تدريبية في اللغة الإنجليزية.

The self-reported academic and administrative difficulties faced by female Postgraduate students in the college of education at KSU

Abstract: The objective of this study was to identify the most important academic and administrative difficulties faced by postgraduate students in the College of Education at King Saud University. It also aimed to detect the significant statistical differences related to two variables, their major or program and the level of education Master or PhD. To achieve these goals, the researchers used a descriptive analytical approach, they also utilized a questionnaire they had then verified its validity and reliability. The questionnaire was applied to a sample of study consisting of (133) female graduate students. The study had shown many outcomes, most notably was the academic difficulties faced by postgraduate students when selecting their subject of research, followed by the many obligations and responsibilities required by the academic courses. Likewise, the scarcity of community issues to be studied made some administrative difficulties. The results also revealed statistically significant differences between the average responses towards the difficulties that they face relative to the program variable in some of the disciplines. Whereas, no significant differences were found to the difficulties faced due to the level of education variable. In the light of these findings, the study mainly recommended activating the role of academic guidance, strengthening the applied aspects and research seminars, and organizing training programs in language of English.
