درجة ممارسة أسلوب صنع القرار القائم على البيانات
ومتطلبات تطبيقه في كلية التربية بجامعة الملك سعود

المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة ممارسة ومتطلبات تطبيق أسلوب صنع القرار القائم على البيانات في كلية التربية بجامعة الملك سعود. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، حيث تم تصميم وتوزيع استبانة لجمع بيانات أفراد الدراسة وهم جميع القيادات الأكاديمية في كلية التربية في جامعة الملك سعود والبالغ عددهم (30) فردًا. وكانت أبرز النتائج أن درجة ممارسة أسلوب صنع القرار القائم على البيانات في الأقسام الأكاديمية بكلية التربية بجامعة الملك سعود جاء بدرجة "متوسطة" وفق إجابات عينة الدراسة، حيث يتم تقديم البيانات والمعلومات بصورة مستمرة للجهة التي تطلبها بجودة عالية. كما جاءت استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة نحو متطلبات تطبيق أسلوب صنع القرار القائم على البيانات في الأقسام الأكاديمية بكلية التربية بجامعة الملك سعود بدرجة "عالية جدًا"، ومن أهمها: تحديد البيانات اللازمة لدعم عملية صنع القرار ووضع آلية لتوفيرها، وتفهم أساسيات أسلوب صنع واتخاذ القرار القائم على البيانات. وقدمت عينة الدراسة عددًا من التوصيات التي تؤكد ضرورة نشر ثقافة البيانات الضخمة لكافة منسوبي ومنسوبات الجامعة، وأن تكون منظومة الجامعة الإدارية بكافة تشعباتها تدعم أي توجه نحو استخدام أسلوب اتخاذ القرار القائم على البيانات، إلى جانب أهمية توثيق الإجراءات والبيانات المستخدمة في صنع القرار.

The Degree of Practicing Data-Based Decision Making and its Application Requirements in the College of Education at King Saud University

Abstract: The study aimed to identify the degree of practice and requirements of data-based decision-making in the College of Education at King Saud University. The study used the descriptive survey method, and questionnaire was designed and distributed among research participants who included all academic leaders in college of education (n=30). The most notable results were that the use of data-based decision-making in the academic departments of the College of Education came with a "moderate" degree according to responses of the study participants, given that quality-data and information were continuously offered to the requesting departments. Responses of the study sample regarding the requirements of applying data-based decision-making in the academic departments in the College of Education revealed strongly high agreement to the necessity of identifying data required to support the decision-making process, and understand the principles of data-based decision-making. The study emphasized the need to disseminate the value of big-data culture to all university employees, and that the university administrative systems supports the use of data-based decision-making method, in addition to the importance of documenting procedures and data used in decision-making.
