أهمية الحاجات الإنسانية الأساسية للطلبة في أثناء الأزمات وعلاقتها بفاعلية التعلم عن بعد: جائحة فايروس كورونا (COVID-19) نموذجًا

المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد أهمية الحاجات الإنسانية الأساسية للطلبة خلال أزمة جائحة فايروس كورونا، وعلاقتها بفاعلية التعلم عن بعد في ثلاثة جوانب: القدرة على إدارة التعلم الذاتي عن بعد، ومستوى الرضى عن تجربة التعلم عن بعد، ومستوى الفائدة الناتجة عن هذه التجربة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، واستخدام أداة الاستبانة التي اشتملت على مقياس لفاعلية التعلم عن بعد من وجهة نظر الطلبة، وعدد من الحاجات الإنسانية الأساسية والمُصنفة تحت محاور هرم ماسلو (Maslow)، للحاجات. وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع الطلبة في المملكة العربية السعودية من الجنسين في جميع المراحل الدراسية، أما عينة الدراسة فتمثلت في (1701) طالب وطالبة، تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية باستخدام أسلوب كرة الثلج (Snow ball). وأظهرت النتائج أن الجائحة أثرت في العديد من الحاجات الإنسانية لدى الطلبة، وكان من أهم هذه الحاجات، حاجات التقدير والأمن وتحقيق الذات، ثم يليها الحاجات الفسيولوجية والاجتماعية. كما وجدت الدراسة أن هناك علاقة طردية بين الحاجات الإنسانية الأساسية وفاعلية التعلم عن بعد، فكلما توفرت الحاجات الإنسانية الأساسية لدى الطلبة زاد معها فاعلية التعلم عن بعد. وتوصي الدراسة بأهمية الأخذ بالاعتبار حاجات الطلبة والفروق الفردية بينهم في تصميم مشاريع التعليم.

The Importance of Students' Basic Human Needs During Crises and their Relationship to the Effectiveness of Distance Learning: (COVID-19) Pandemic as a Model

Abstract: This study aimed to determine the importance of the basic human needs of students during the Coronavirus pandemic, and its relationship to the effectiveness of distance learning in three aspects: the ability to manage remote self-learning, the level of satisfaction with the distance learning, and the level of benefit resulting from this experience. To achieve these goals, the descriptive correlational approach was followed, and the questionnaire was used that included a measure of the effectiveness of distance learning from the students' point of view, and several basic human needs that are classified under Maslow's needs pyramid. The study population consisted of all students in the SA in all academic levels, while the study sample consisted of (1701) male and female students, who were randomly selected using the snow-ball method. The study concluded that the pandemic has affected many of the students' human needs. Including most importantly, the needs of appreciation, safety, and self-realization, then followed by physiological and social needs. The study also found that there is a direct relationship between basic human needs and the effectiveness of distance learning. The study recommends considering students' needs and individual differences in designing education projects.
