تدريس الحاسب الآلي عبر الإنترنت من وجهة نظر المعلمين في منطقة الرياض، التحديات والفرص: دراسة نوعية

المستخلص: أتاحت فترة التدريس الطارئ عن بعد خلال جائحة كورونا للمؤسسات التعليمية تجربة تدريس المقررات عن بعد على اختلاف طبيعتها، وكانت هذه الفترة فرصة لاستكشاف التحديات التي قد تواجه تعليم الحاسب عبر الإنترنت والفرص التي يمكن الاستفادة منها، وقد سعت هذه الدراسة إلى مناقشة وتحليل التحديات والفرص التي واجهت تدريس مقررات الحاسب عبر الإنترنت من وجهة نظر معلمي ومعلمات الحاسب في المرحلة المتوسطة والثانوية في منطقة الرياض؛ لحصر الدروس المستفادة من هذه التجربة، وتبنت الدراسة المنهج النوعي؛ حيث جُمعت المعلومات بأداتي المقابلة والمجموعة المركزة. وقد أظهرت النتائج أن التحديات التقنية المتمثلة في ضعف توفر شبكة الإنترنت وقلة الأجهزة وصعوبة توفير البرامج والتطبيقات لدى الطلاب كأهم مشكلة قد تواجه تدريس الحاسب عبر الإنترنت، إضافة إلى عدد من التحديات التربوية والاجتماعية الأخرى، كقلة الدافعية للتعلم والمشاركة وصعوبة التقييم. كما أظهرت النتائج فرصًا يمكن الاستفادة منها في تدريس الحاسب عن بعد، كالاستفادة من الموارد المفتوحة، وتعزيز فرص التعلم الذاتي والمرن وسلوكيات المواطنة الرقمية.

Teaching Computer Online from The Point of View of Computer Science Teachers, Challenges and Opportunities: Quantitative Approach

Abstract: The period of emergency remote teaching during the COVID-19 pandemic allowed educational institutions to experience teaching courses of various natures remotely. This period was a chance to explore the challenges that teaching computer online may face and the opportunities that can be beneficial. This study sought to discuss and analyze challenges and opportunities from the point of view of computer science teachers at the intermediate and secondary levels in the Riyadh region and to determine the lessons learned that can be used when teaching computer science courses online.

The study adopted a qualitative approach in which data was collected through interviews and focus group. The results showed that technical challenges, including a poor internet connection, lack of devices, and difficulty providing programs and applications for students, are the most important problems with teaching computers courses online. In addition, several educational and social challenges were rising, such as the lack of motivation to learn and participate, and the difficulty of assessment. The results also revealed several opportunities that can be used to teach computers courses online such as open resources, flexible and self-learning, and digital citizenship behaviors.
