تطبيق معلِّمات رياض الأطفال بمدينة الرياض للتعلُّم باللعب الإبداعي والثقافي

المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدِّرَاسة إلى التَّعرف على تطبيق معلِّمات رياض الأطفال بمدينة الرياض للتعلُّم باللعب الإبداعي والثقافي بأنواعه المختلفة، وتحديد أهدافه، وتحقيق فوائده، والكشف عن الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية بين متوسط استجابات معلِّمات رياض الأطفال بمدينة الرياض حول تطبيق التَّعلُّم باللعب الإبداعي والثقافي. وقد اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي من خلال استبانة وزعت على مجتمع الدِّرَاسة، وهم معلِّمات رياض الأطفال بمدينة الرياض، وبلغ عدد العيّنة (464) مُعلِّمة. وتوصلت الدِّرَاسة إلى عدد من النتائج، أبرزها: أن أفراد عيِّنة الدِّرَاسة مُوافقات تمامًا على تطبيق معلِّمات رياض الأطفال بمدينة الرياض لأنواع التَّعلُّم باللعب الإبداعي والثقافي بمُتوسِّط حسابي (4.6 من 5)، وموافقات على تطبيق معلِّمات رياض الأطفال بمدينة الرياض لأهداف التَّعلُّم باللعب الإبداعي والثقافي بمُتوسِّط حسابي (4.7 من 5)، ومُوافقات تمامًا على مستوى تحقيق معلِّمات رياض الأطفال بمدينة الرياض لفوائد التَّعلُّم باللعب الإبداعي والثقافي مُتوسِّط حسابي (4.5 من 5)، وهو مُتوسِّط يقع في الفئة الخامسة من فئات المقياس. وكانت أهم التوصيات: ضرورة تحفيز معلِّمات رياض الأطفال بأهميتهن ومسؤولياتهن تجاه تطبيق الإستراتيجيات الحديثة في التَّدريس ومنها التَّعلُّم باللعب الإبداعي والثقافي، وعقد دورات تربوية لمعلمات رياض الأطفال لمناقشة احتياجاتهن التَّدريبية وفقًا للمستحدثات الجديدة.

The application of kindergarten teachers in Riyadh for learning Creative and cultural play

Abstract: This study aims to identify the application of kindergarten teachers in Riyadh to learning with different types of creative and cultural play, determine its objectives and achieve its benefits, and reveal statistically significant differences between the average responses of kindergarten teachers in Riyadh about the application of learning through creative and cultural play. The researcher followed the descriptive survey method through a questionnaire distributed to the study population, which are kindergarten teachers in Riyadh, and the sample number reached (464) teachers. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: that the study sample members fully agreed on the application of kindergarten teachers in Riyadh for the types of learning through creative and cultural play with an arithmetic average (4.6 out of 5), and approvals on the application of kindergarten teachers in Riyadh for the objectives of learning through creative and cultural play with an arithmetic average (4.7 out of 5), and fully agree with the level of achievement of kindergarten teachers in Riyadh for the benefits of learning through creative and cultural play, arithmetic mean (4.5 out of 5), which is an average that falls in the fifth category of the scale categories. The most important recommendations were: the necessity of motivating kindergarten teachers with their importance and responsibilities towards the application of modern strategies in teaching, including learning through creative and cultural play, and holding educational courses for kindergarten teachers to discuss their training needs according to new developments.
