The Degree of Efficiency of Secondary Public School Teachers in Jordan / M. Eid Dirani
This study aimed at determining the degree of efficiency of the educational practices of secon-dary public school teachers as perceived by high school seniors; and at finding out the relationship between the degree of the efficiency of teachers and the variables: sex, specialization, and gradepoint average of students.
The population of the study consisted of 11.374 male and female students. The samples consisted of 593 male and female students. A questionnaire of 75 items was constructed to measure ten aspects of teaching. Its validity and reliability were established. T-test, Anova, and Scheffee were employed to determine the significance of differences between the means of scores.
