The Effectiveness of Behavioral Objectives and Basic Educational Concepts on the Acquisition of the Learner of the Material Taught in the Subject of History / Fouziah lbraheem Dumiati
The main purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the lesson on the acquisition of the history subject by the third level female students of the Intermediate School. The study also endeavors to ascertain the effects of the educational concepts on the students' performance. Moreover, the study aims at comparing the effects of the two procedures on the students' achievement.
The researcher used field experimental analysis to study the effects of applying the two procedures and compared them to the traditional method.
A sample of eighty-seven female students studying history was randomly selected from the third grade of the intermediate School. Samples were randomly divided into three equal groups; one of them was a control group and the two others were experimental groups. The researcher also prepared an achievement test covering the contents taught. The experiment was carried out in the third week of the second term of AH. 1411- 1412, and lasted for seven weeks.
