Sex Differences in: Extroversion and Neuroticism among Saudi Subjects / Taisir Abdallah
The aim of this study was to compare Saudi males and females on extroversion. neuroticism and social desirability as measured by Eysenck Personality Inventory (Form B). The EPl was given to 300 subjects (150 male, 150 female) from King Saud University. The results indicated that there were no significant differences between males and females on extroversion. while there were significant differences on neuroticism and social desirability in favor of females and males. respectively. Also, the results indicated that there was no significant relationship between extroversion and neuroticism which means that these variables are orthogonal. while there was a significant correlation between neuroticism and social desirability.
