وجهة نظر معلمي تدريس الرياضيات في المرحلة الأساسية نحو مشكلات استخدام التعلم الإلكتروني

المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أهم مشكلات استخدام التعلم الإلكتروني في تدريس الرياضيات لطلبة المرحلة الأساسية في محافظة إربد- الأردن، وتضمنت أدوات الدراسة استبانة من تطوير الباحث، شارك في الإجابة عنها 220 من معلمي الرياضيات الذين يدرّسون المرحلة الأساسية في مديرية التربية والتعلم قصبة إربد في الأردن، وأظهرت النتائج أهم مشكلات استخدام التعلم الإلكتروني، وهي: عدم اهتمام المدرسة باستخدام التعلم الإلكتروني، وصعوبة تنفيذ وتخطيط التطبيقات الإلكترونية في تعلم الرياضيات، وعدم تقديم حوافز لمعلمي الرياضيات الذين يستخدمون التعلم الإلكتروني، وقد رُتبت محاور الدراسة من أعلى المشكلات إلى الأقل كما يلي: كانت المشكلات المتعلقة بخصائص وطبيعة تطبيقات التعلم الإلكتروني بالترتيب الأول، ثمّ المدرسة، الكتاب المدرسي، الطالب، المعلم، وأظهرت نتائج تحليل التباين الأحادي وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسطات إجابات معلمي الرياضيات تعزى للمؤهل العلمي ولصالح دراسات عليا (مؤهل غير تربوي)، وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة إيجاد حلول لتلك المشكلات، والتركيز على اهتمام الإدارة المدرسية على استخدام التعلم الإلكتروني.

The View of the Mathematics Tearchers in the Basic StageTowards the Problems of Using E-Learning in the Province Irbid - Jordan

Abstract: The study aimed to identify the most important problems of using electronic learning in teaching mathematics to students of the basic stage in Irbid- Jordan. The study tools included a questionnaire from the researcher development. 220 mathematics teachers participated to answer of the study tool. The results showed the most important problems of using electronic learning: the school's lack of interest in the use of e-learning, and the difficulty of implementation and planning of electronic tools to learn mathematics, and non-incentives for mathematics teachers who use e-learning, The arranged of the subjects of study of research higher problems to the least is: the problems related to the characteristics and nature of the methods of e-learning in the first order, and then the problems related to the school, then the textbook, then the student, and then the teacher. The results of the analysis of the one way ANOVAs and statistically significant difference in the average answers teachers attributed scientific qualification and to Postgraduate Qualification Non-Educational, the study recommended the need to find solutions to those problems, and focus on the interest of the school administration on the use of e-learning.
