Administrative and Technical Performance for public and Private Schools Principals of Irbid Directorate from Teachers point views / Nawaf Mosa Shatnawi
This study aimed at finding out the degree of the performance for public and private Principals of Irbid Directorate in both administrative and technical tasks with the light of some variables from schools` teachers point of view. To collect the data, a sample of 538 teachers was chosen. The tool of the study was a questionnaire consisted of 43 paragraphs. The Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) was used to analyze the data. The analyses showed that the degree of the administrative and technical performance for principals of Irbid Directorate was moderate. The study findings also indicated that there were no statistical significance difference in the sample point of views related to gender or school level. However, the results showed that there was a significance difference between private and public schools principals performance in preference to private schools principals. The researcher, at the conclusion of the study suggested some recommendations.
