Performance Management in General Administrations of Education in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia / Sabriyah Muslim ALyahyawi

The Study aimed at determining the range of the availability of performance management standards in general administrations of education, male & female,  in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ,discovering the differences in administrative leaders viewpoints toward the of availability of performance management according to gender,  and geographical location, discovering the relationship between performance management components and providing some recommendations that might help in flying weakness positions and fulfilling competition. The sample of the study consisted of all individuals of the population , 280,  male and female leaders in general administrations of education in: Riyadh, Madinah Monawwarah, Damam, Tabouk and Abha, , 221,  responded at percentage of , 79%, . The researcher adopted methodologies, the descriptive survey methodology and ethnographie: To achieve the objective of the study she developed tow tools. Were developed ,first a questionnaire about performance management the validity and stability were determined , the value of correlation co — efficient was , 0.97,  with statistical significance of , 0.001, . The second tool was an indirect observation by reviewing checking ,studying and analysis some documents related to performance management components. Collected data were analyzed by statistical procedures including frequencies, percentages, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, T — test, One—way analysis of variance and Pearson correlation Co — efficient. the documents findings were analyzed through inductional mode some findings were obtained in the light of the obtained findings. the researcher cited some recommendations that might help in application of performance management standards effectively and some suggestions for further studies.
