The Effectiveness of a Learning Package Based on Teaching by Multiple Intelligence Strategies on Developing Achievement and Attitudes of Arabic Language Department Staff towards it  / Wafaa Hafiz Eshish Al Ouayd

The study aimed at assessing the effectiveness of a learning package based on teaching by multiple intelligence strategies on developing achievement and attitudes of Arabic Language Department Staff towards it. The study subjects were 25 Arabic Language Department Staff members. The researcher developed a learning package based on teaching by multiple intelligence strategies. The experimental method was adopted and the tools were applied on subjects before and after the experiment. The study tools were an Achievement test and an Attitude scale assessing attitudes of subjects towards teaching by multiple intelligence strategies. The results of the statistical analysis proved the effectiveness of the learning package in developing achievement and attitudes towards teaching by multiple intelligence strategies as the , Eta square,  reached.98 for the achievement test and.94 for the attitude scale. The study recommended providing staff members of other Faculties with such learning packages to fulfill characteristics of students' multiple intelligence. It also recommended that The Education System in Universities should review the present teaching strategies and relate them to current Educational Attitudes whether Behavioristic, Cognitive, or Humanistic and adopt teaching by multiple intelligence strategies. Furthermore, the study suggested studying the effectiveness of Instruction by using the multiple intelligence strategies theory in the dominance of the learning effect and motives towards learning of University students.
