It also examined the extent to which perception could be attributed to the variables of experience and qualification. The sample consisted of 98 participants out of 158, the total population of the study. The instrument was checked for validity and reliability, and then administered to the subjects of the study. Cronbach Alpha was used to calculate this reliability, mounting to 0,96, deemed sufficient for the study purpose. Data analysis inVol.ved frequencies, means, standard deviations, and one-way analysis of variance , i.e. One-way Anova, for follow-up investigation. Findings rate planning, and follow-up and evaluation a high degree, and rank organization, leadership, and administrative communication, a moderate degree. Findings, moreover, point to a moderate degree for the whole instrument. Furthermore, it suggested no significant differences in the principals' evaluation of supervisors' performance related to experience and qualification. The study recommended running intensive training courses in school administrations for supervisors, and assigning school administration supervision to specialists in the fields of Educational Administration. It also recommended further research based on larger population.
